Kristina Fuller  is the head chef of downtown Greensboro’s Crafted: The Art of the Taco — a restaurant she opened with her mother and business partner, Rhonda Fuller, in 2012.

Kristina attributes her love of cooking, and her desire to explore it professionally, to her grandparents — true southern cooks, with Cajun influence. She fondly recalls their oyster stew, red beans and rice, and stuffed cabbage rolls, as well as her uncle’s fried bologna, egg and cheese sandwiches. Those sandwiches would become a staple of her childhood, and one of her most cherished food memories.
