For Fall 2014 and Spring 2015, the UNCG Office of Leadership and Service-Learning is offering 2 types of grants available for new service-learning courses that connect to one of more of the Global Engagement QEP Student Learning Outcomes:
International Service-Learning Course Development Grants
Curriculum development opportunity (up to $2,500) for an undergraduate course (for academic credit) that includes an international community service component.
Submission deadlines: November 10th for winter exploratory trips, March 16th for summer exploratory trips. For more information, click here.
Service-Learning Global Course Development Grants
Course development opportunity ($500 for revised course, $1,000 for new courses) for projects that specifically and intentionally address Global Engagement QEP student learning outcomes.
Submission deadlines: November 12th fro winter 2014 and spring 2015 courses, April 1 for summer 2015 courses. For more information click here.
