Knowledge Production Corner
The Community Engagement Knowledge Production Corner (KPC) aims to connect community-engaged scholars and their community partners to explore opportunities and challenges related to producing scholarly products through collaborating, networking, supporting each other’s ideas, and sharing space to work together. Scholarly products can include but are not limited to performances, podcasts, visual art pieces, journal publications, process papers, technical reports, community reports and presentations. All community-engaged knowledge production is encouraged and welcomed. The purpose of this space is to establish an interdisciplinary community of practice among faculty and their community partners around scholarship that connects to community engagement.
Specific activities of the group include networking, sharing project goals, and time for individual or collaborative working. Periodically, the group will host discussions on topics relevant to the work of community-engaged faculty, staff, and community partners.
